1.Select a class that fits your fitness goals. We recommend that you begin with one LAUNCH class as it will provide you with all of the tools you need to attend full workout classes with confidence!

3.Sign in to MindBody or create an account

4.Select the class time that fits your schedule and reserve a spot.
